Alison founded Lighthouse Placement Services in February 2001. The Lighthouse philosophy is to constantly improve process and quality which results in outstanding service to both their clients and their contract workforce. Based on this philosophy, Lighthouse has grown to a staff of eighteen internal employees and a contract workforce of over two hundred and fifty consultants and growing.
Dave Fogel started his career in technology staffing in 1986 and joined Lighthouse Placement Services in 2002 as Vice President and Partner. David has worked tirelessly to develop a relationship-based approach with clients. His efforts in developing the sales team and back office support group have created a solid foundation for the company.
David Allan - Corporate Controller and Back Office Operations Manager
David Allan joined Lighthouse Placement Services in 2003. Since joining the firm, David has set up back office operations, hired accounting staff, developed budget templates, reduced outstanding accounts receivables, researched and implemented benefits plans and continues to improve and upgrade back office support such as payroll and benefits through various quality control endeavors.
Bob joined Lighthouse Placement Services as the Branch Manager in 2009. Bob utilizes his 29 years of technical staffing experience to oversee and maintain Sales and Recruitment operations at Lighthouse Placement Services. He is responsible for overall process, establishing day-to-day priorities, staff recruitment, development and evaluations. Bob also acts as a “working “manager and personally services several key accounts for the firm.
