Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Performing installation/repair of equipment at customer sites.
  • Providing training to customers on operation and maintenance of equipment. 
  • Remote customer support/troubleshooting and on-site service if necessary. 
  • Communicating and obtaining appropriate data needed to identify, analyze and resolve service requirements.
  • Clearly communicating problems/solutions through database entries, written reports and verbal communication with customers/colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent training in a related field
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Must have good color vision and attention to detail
  • Strong aptitude for customer relations, and communication skills
