- Performing installation/repair of equipment at customer sites.
- Providing training to customers on operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Remote customer support/troubleshooting and on-site service if necessary.
- Communicating and obtaining appropriate data needed to identify, analyze and resolve service requirements.
- Clearly communicating problems/solutions through database entries, written reports and verbal communication with customers/colleagues.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent training in a related field
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have good color vision and attention to detail
- Strong aptitude for customer relations, and communication skills
