Part-Time Recruiter Sourcer (20hrs a Week)

1-3 Month Contract

About the Position: 

  • The Recruiting Sourcer will collaborate with the Senior Recruiter and hiring managers to understand position requirements and build strategic sourcing plans. The successful candidate will be a motivated recruiting team member that is deadline driven and has high drive for results. He/she will have a track record of success in a metrics driven environment with a passion for leveraging relationships and a high focus on identifying quality talent.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Align with hiring managers on job requirements and help filter applicants
  • Conduct initial phone screens to gauge candidate interests and assess qualifications
  • Source candidates through a variety of search methods (social media, internal database, networking, internet searches, referrals etc.)
  • Educate and excite candidates on both the position and our organization
  • Conduct detailed, thorough candidate interviews and present qualified candidates to Senior Recruiter or hiring manager for further consideration
  • Other Human Resources supporting activities

Required Qualifications:

  • 1- 2 years of previous Sourcing or Recruiting experience (relevant internship experience considered)
  • Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search technique skills
  • Ability to screen candidates based on position requirements
  • Technology savvy with a knowledge working with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to learn and understand complex products and processes
