Job Description


  • Coordinating conference and trade show: registration, coordinating booth setup, take down, shipping, travel logistics, and handling all marketing materials for the trade show.
  • Maintaining trade show calendarl Setting up and running pre-show meetings. 
  • Providing post-show reporting.
  • Managing  social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Entering sales leads in the Database
  • Generating reports for marketing purposes.
  • Assisting with outbound email marketing campaigns.
  • Maintaining all product brochures including, editing and upgrading for publishing to the website.


  • BS Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology or Nursing
  • 1+ years of related experience. 
  • Strong written communication skills and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • MS Word and Excel proficiency.
