- Coordinating conference and trade show: registration, coordinating booth setup, take down, shipping, travel logistics, and handling all marketing materials for the trade show.
- Maintaining trade show calendarl Setting up and running pre-show meetings.
- Providing post-show reporting.
- Managing social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Entering sales leads in the Database
- Generating reports for marketing purposes.
- Assisting with outbound email marketing campaigns.
- Maintaining all product brochures including, editing and upgrading for publishing to the website.
- BS Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology or Nursing
- 1+ years of related experience.
- Strong written communication skills and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- MS Word and Excel proficiency.
