Ideal candidates will have strong Payroll experience (ADP), HR on boarding, maintaining systems, employee relations, benefits admin and terminations.
- Performing HR activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development.
- Administering benefits programs i.e.life, health, and dental insurance, PTO, leave of absence, employee assistance
- Will serve as liaison, between employees and company insurance carriers
- Assisting with recruiting candidates for manager interviews, testing, employees selection to fill positions
- Developing and maintaining relationships with relocation and employment agencies, colleges, universities, networks, and other recruitment sources
- Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company vision
