Job Description

DUTIES:

  1. Process Sales Orders using SAP
  2. Process RMA using Quick Books, ServiceMax, and SAP
  3. Update parts listing and BOM’s
  4. Open work orders on returned items
  5. Follow up on return items
  6. Maintain company database and update files
  7. Other related duties as assigned

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  1. 2 year experience in administration/data entry
  2. Knowledge of Salesforce.com/ServiceMax or CRM software a plus
  3. Knowledge of SAP
  4. Familiar with receiving and shipping protocols
  5. High level of initiative, proactive traits
  6. Excellent communication skills
